jehurey 3,238 Posted December 15, 2022 Share Posted December 15, 2022 Probably because HBO is going to greenlight more seasons of the tv show, and they'll probably have three seasons of TLOU by the end of 2025-2026. So Naughty Dog has to wrap up the story in the third game, and release the game before the tv show. So, there's probably going to be a TLOU2 remaster, maybe slight upgrade, along with factions sometime in late 2023 or 2024. HBO show does season 2 during 2024.
