Another HoboPass flop. That service is home of trash central.

No one is spending $70 on this flop.   This will be quickly forgotten like all the shovelware that ends up on Slimepass.

The movement in general takes a bit of getting used to, since the character by default moves at sprinting speed.

Yeah. The game is solid, so far. It’s definitely a Budget Shock :D

So just got up to where the world opens up and like twinblade said, this game just nosedives compared to earlier. Some really shit openworld design that is purely frustrating and nothing else.

It does seem possible to cheese the cameras and enemies by just making a beeline towards the objective. Buildings and other interiors are also good places to go to shake them off. Most of the enemies don't seem to follow you in and those that do don't get repaired by the repair robots when you destroy them, so you can just chill out and loot those places. On top of that most of the loot seems to be in those confined areas anyway. There's not much out in the world itself so there's little reason to wander around outdoors.

But overall most of the gameplay seems to take place in linear levels separate from the open world so thats a big positive.

This game is weird i only played a little bit but its different for sure. Gonna have to switch to PC tho as the font is basically unreadable on my TV. Why so many games with unreadable fonts ffs

Just annoying that you basically have to fight the game now especially for what is supposed to be an immersive game. Just piss bolting past everything is weird for this type of game imo but it is definitely what ill have to do

Another tip for ya'll regarding the open world. I just discovered that at those Hawk terminals (the ones you have to unlock using the cameras) one of the options they give you is the ability to overload the relay for that area. That basically disables all of the enemies and cameras in that zone for around 10 minutes giving you the time to explore and loot it.
