According to ghostz... Ubi soft owns the Mario IP now it seems.

Platinum owns the Bayonetta IP it seems.

EA apparently owns the Madden IP too.

Because according to his dumbass a license to use an IP means you own it :kaz:

Ubi owns the rabbids game which LICENSES Mario. This is the exact same situation we are talking about here. :tom: Sony owns the show and LICENSES MLB likeliness.

Including COD.        The lemming faction is officially dead.  Xbox is full 3rd party now.        Update*   They have signed a similar deal with

Look how desperate they are for their deal to pass unhindered

Yup, just like them making public announcements with Unions yesterday.   This is just them hoping that a PR thing can help them with their court case today.   Its not going to work

It’s the exact same source code as NFL 2k5. It was after they lost the license, and possible because it’s their IP.

Game set and match.

They had to develop a new game after they lost the license to use the NFL IP and could not develop their own game while under contract for the license.

They had to create a new IP called Pro football... Which is a different IP dumbass.

You still don't know what IP means.  :kaz:

You just proved me right :kaz:

what’s the very last line say, bub? :blessed:

It doesn't say anything.  It doesn't say that Sony owns the trademark, like it does with this line:

Notice that there is no such line for "MLB The Show"

:tom:Oh my god, you are losing this so badly.

Wait a minute..............he literally typed the words "it was the same exact code"

after he tried arguing that no such practice exists when a developer creates a game AFTER they lose an IP.

They didn’t develop a new game. They changed the name from NFL to all pro football and made new teams, players, and stadiums. The game is identical source code.

SONY could have lost the license and made “the show”. If MLB contracted a different developer, they couldn’t make the exact same game, because the code is owned by Sony. :tom:

when he's losing an argument badly..................he tries to get out of it by trying to scream for a bet.

because he want to STOP THE CONVERSATION occurring right at that moment.

Its so pathetic, and its so obvious what he is attempting.

I figured out that pattern from him years ago, almost immediately when he tried to attempt it with me.

Ghostz - "they made new teams, new stadiums..... But it's identical"

:kaz:

Those new teams, players, stadiums, sounds, music etc has to be coded you dense ox.

They don't own the NFL IP hence they had to create their own separate game, after they lost the license with a new IP called Pro Football.

The gameplay is identical.

License to use the likeliness. MLB owns the “MLB” aspect. Sony owns “The Show” IP, including the source code. All MLB owns is the likeness.

If MLB wanted to release a baseball game, they would have to make their own. They would not be able to use this game you retard.

If Sony told MLB they refused to develop a Xbox version, Sony could make the exact same game with pretend players, teams, and stadiums.

MLB would have to have another developer create an entirely new baseball game. Because they don’t own the Show IP.

Do you think NFL owns Madden, too? :D

you idiots have no idea how licensing works :kaz:

Its so funny when you point out how much of a coward he is, and how he is basically whining for us to stop ass-raping him in this conversation right now, because he can't respond back right now.

Prove it. :umad:

No...............you prove yourself.

Right now.

Can you do that?

If not, then you lost the argument.

I've been WINNING the argument...............why do I need to do anything else?

Aren't you the one who's supposed to be doing something?
