Look how desperate they are for their deal to pass unhindered

Yup, just like them making public announcements with Unions yesterday.   This is just them hoping that a PR thing can help them with their court case today.   Its not going to work

The downgrade will be insane. Who the hell wants to play one of these on Switch?

Going to laugh if it's just a cloud version.

Switch 1 will not be Nintendo's main/only console for 17 years... Lol

:hest: Pure desperation.

They are doing this because today is the day they have talks with EU about the ABK deal.

They are hoping this will help convince EU that they are committed to fair play when it comes to availability of COD on all platforms.

Too bad EU and especially the CMA have already said contracts like this are worthless because they are tough to enforce. CMA specifically is recommending they divest COD or ABK if they want this deal to have a chance of passing.

Because they already told the CMA about this 10 year thing with Nintendo months ago. You've already heard about this before.

Yea we get Microsoft is doing this in hopes to get the COD deal completed.

But alot of you are missing some of the nuances.

Previously it was a verbal agreement for COD only.

Everyone knows MS is desperate.. Nintendo knows this too.

Now it's an actual contract (obviously the deal will have to go through for the COD agreement to fulfilled)...

But Because Microsoft is so desperate.. Nintendo got them to throw in Xbox games as well.

Notice he said Xbox games and COD.

It would be hilarious if MS doesn't get to acquire Activision but they still have to honor the Xbox games on Nintendo systems portion of the contract.

Lose lose scenario for Xbox :sabu:
