Are you fucking retarded? Who is Vicarious Visions the developer of the game and who owns them?

They're an arm of Blizzard Entertainment, and who owns Blizzard Entertainment? Microsoft.

Who is Activision the publisher of the game and who owns them? Microsoft.

Who owns the Crash Bandicoot IP? Microsoft.

Sony didn't develop Stellar Blade, Sony doesn't own Stellar Blade, Sony merely published Stellar Blade. The two situations couldn't be any further from each other.

Didn't ms only close the deal a few months ago? It's not like they had anything at all to do with the creation or success of the game. Why are y'all so weird.

That really doesn't matter, it's a first party game and they absorb every facet of a company whether that be debt, profits, IP and all previous development.

Every portion of Crash Bandicoot is Microsoft.

One portion of Stellar Blade is Sony's payment to them to temporarily remove the game from other platforms.

MS didn't own Activision at the time the game was even made and released.

Meanwhile, Sony directly financed Stellar Blade production and you say it isn't a Sony game.

MS acquired Activision and that's about it, they had nothing to do with how the game was made and had zero say in it. Yet you're trying to paint is as their game, their success. Yep, you're the idiot going off on a technicality that completely ignore the reality of the context. They bought the studio and it's IP, great achievement for MS. What you didn't think I knew this? Lmao.

You have no idea what is speculated in the contract between Sony and the studio behind Stellar Blade. Just because you work with a third party doesn't mean you can't own the IP or permanent exclusivity/publishing rights.

They don't own it, they gave ShiftUp some money to pull it from Xbox and PC temporarily, gave them some studio support and published the game.

It's the typical Sony 6 month to a year "exclusivity" bullshit and then it will be released elsewhere.
