The game is so fast that you don't really notice the difference between 4k and 1080p. But you definitely notice the difference between 30fps and 60fps. I take the later anyday with a racing game.

You are such a fucking liar. The lowest it went was 27fps for a split second with a ton of alpha effects. It spent 99.9% locked st 30fps with excellent frame pacing and even climed to 31fps. The game looks and runs great. Having said that Dark Souls sucks and I would never buy it.
