DynamiteCop 2,087
I played around with it a little back in the day but never set aside the time to actually get into it, should I expect a similar game to Ocarina or is it more difficult?
HolyAx 297
shoulda gotten the 3DS superior one. And yeah, its not for everyone, as its pretty anxiety inducing compared to most games.

I'm sure on 3DS it's more streamlined but I want the actual experience. What about it is anxiety inducing? Do you have a certain amount of time to complete the game or you have to start over? Ike★ 2,919
I like it a lot but it's not for everyone. I don't hold in the top tier of Zelda games.

You have a limited time to complete the game, well untill you find the time travel song to restart time, then its a bit calmer, BUT you still have to heavily rely on loads of events that happen at certain times of day/night to complete the game so it can be very stressful to keep track of time ALL the time. Theres basically a dreadful feeling throuhout the whole game, as you cant really slow down or the world is doomed. Unlike other adventure games this one really pushes the responsibility level to the max. 1

I'm sure I'll enjoy it, I assume there's a bit of a learning curve for the systems and how to properly work around them so I don't screw up.
Playstation Tablet 1,730
A very overated game, that aged like shit. With a pain in the ass reset timer.
Playstation Tablet 1,730
The "hook" is that every day/hour everything has its own story, and pacing. So you can find a certain NPC on day 1 then do some shit on day 2. Fucked up? Reset again and waste your time, and this goes for 90% of the side quests. It's basically one glorified track a thon of time management for side quests and not in a good way.

OoT released in the 64's prime, this game released at a really odd time.

BTW MM had only 4 half assed dungeons. It was made in a year and it shows. Edited October 14, 2018 by Beta Bux Romeo

The 3DS remake had lots of time management fixes. You dont want to play the N64 version instead. Also the journal that logs this shit makes a world of difference. TLHBO 2,162
For what it's worth I likes the N64 game more than the 3DS one. You should have got it on Virtual console or emulator though. N64 game is gonna run like an XB1 game at 12fps.
