Rick Gates didn't fight the charges and plead guilty. - Tax fraud from 2011, had nothing to do with Trump Michael Cohen didn't fight the charges and plead guilty...........WITHOUT a plea deal. - Plead to some other bullshit charge and was bent over, had nothing to do with collusion. George Papadapolous didn't fight the charges and plead guilty. 14 whole days in jail woo hoo! Michael Flynn didn't fight the charges and plead guilty. - Proven that Mueller withheld vital information, conviction will be overthrown So you ARE CORRECT...........you didn't get a phone call to be on a jury for those criminal charges, because the defendant didn't want to face a trial by jury and instead started pleading for plea bargains, or just went straight to admitting guilt. Clinton was never indicted, he was impeached but the Democrat-controlled Senate refused to vote on removal, thus Clinton went on to a second term. Ken Starr was doing nothing more than trying to appease his Republican masters, much like Mueller is doing now. When this is all said and done, Mueller will come out stating the same thing as Starr stated. No........a legal opinion that is submitted to the SECOND-MOST important federal court in the entire land (D.C. Circuit Court is usually considered the most important Federal Court outside of the Supreme Court).............counts for something, sweetie. Clinton wasn't indicted because they only thing they had him was a frivolous perjury claim in which he claims he didn't have intercourse. No prosecutor would attempt to try and nail him on something so frivolous. Whereas Mueller has some REAL crimes. Obstructing Justice in the form of firing the FBI Director is real. You know you are losing this argument by the amount of times I'm getting you to type "So what" as your best line of defense. LOL

Not because I'm losing. Firing the FBI director is not obstructing anything, what part of "THE DOJ WORKS AT THE LEISURE OF THE PRESIDENT" didn't you get? Trump can fire anyone he deems unfit to serve under him. Comey fucked up the Clinton fiasco, that is one thing you need to admit. Tell that to the people who plead guilty. The manuscripts from the courtroom are pretty fascinating. The judge goes through so many questions with the defendant to ask them if they are absolutely sure of what they are doing, are they being unfairly prosecuted against, are they being properly represented by their lawyers, are they of sound mind and thinking clearly about what they are doing by pleading guilty. The judge almost sounds like a caring parent asking the child if they are absolutely positively sure about what they are doing by pleading guilty. And they all calmly say Yes. And they are doing it because they know they've been caught, and they can't get out of it.

No. Quote President Trump told Russian officials in the Oval Office this month that firing the F.B.I. director, James B. Comey, had relieved “great pressure” on him, according to a document summarizing the meeting. “I just fired the head of the F.B.I. He was crazy, a real nut job,” Mr. Trump said, according to the document, which was read to The New York Times by an American official. “I faced great pressure because of Russia. That’s taken off.” Mr. Trump added, “I’m not under investigation.” Sweetie.............you're not smart enough to get out of this. Not even close.
jehurey 3,318
Jesus, this sounds even more serious when contextualized from a bigger point of view: Quote To understand the true illegality of this, internal polling data is property of the Campaign. Every donor to the campaign financed this thing of value to assist the campaign in legal avenues. What they actually ended up funding is a foreign government's intelligence operation to collate U.S. citizen's data for a foreign country to weaponize. This isn't not financing a hush- money payment to a porn star campaign finance violation. This is stealing from the campaign to generate espionage material for a foreign state.
