Not the point, there's been a precedent set with their games this generation and likely going forward for everything yet the one divergence is the Switch. As others have pointed out vanquish was 30 while Bayonetta was 60fps within the same Gen. Are all the games you played this gen 60fps? Most action games have you controlling one character vs enemies. Astral Chain has you controlling 2 characters simultaneously + your AI companion also has two characters simultaneously. So most times that 4 characters VS enemies.
