One X might have had the same issue for all we know but 3 years on and nobody has reached 100 hours use yet  not for gaming anyway.

i'm not going to D/C this, i've already needed to calibrate one of my sticks and i'm pretty sure it's going to end up being a dreaded drift unit sooner or later. that'll suck, because i have the pokemon one and it can't be replaced.

also, my main launch switch had the joycon drift issue as well.

much like the 360, you just have to suffer through the hardware faults to play the best games on the market. it sucks, but it is what it is.

Launch window Switch and still zero problems but I've been pretty lucky this gen. Launch day PS4 still works, OG X1 still works and Pro is fine but that's a lot less old.

Universe making up for my 3RRODS the previous gen.

Same. I even bought an extra pain of joycons at launch and all of them haven't suffer from drift. I do have a couple of friends that did get hit, though.

To think I almost bought the pokemon switch lite, boy am I glad I didn't.  I don't think I'm going to be buying any extra switch until nintendo fixes that problem and makes it easier to to switch between consoles.

Also, i wouldn't recommend getting a switch lite either way, it's inferior in every regard.

the buttons feel worse and lose their tactile clickiness of the OG Switch, it's so much less satisfying to use. Also the system is just so barebones, and stripping away the Switch's defining features was a huge mistake. No tabletop mode, No point in getting a pro controller, no vertical mode for Shoot 'em ups, and a built in joycon defect that can't be fixed...

it's just not worth it when the OG Switch can do handheld gaming either way, and is 10x the machine.

I heard the DPAD is pure trash for fighting games
