Twinblade★ 3,945
Not the greatest time to get into PC gaming, devs have all put abandoned making decent ports for it in favor of focusing on consoles.

Sabo 442
If you're chasing max settings then 1500 ain't gonna be enough. If that's your budget then you're going to have to compromise.

FIREPOWER 739
You’re not gonna be maxing out settings with a $1500 budget. Like others have said here, $2000 will get you a nice 4070Ti setup where you’ll get to max settings at 1440p unless you are willing to go AMD on your GPU and forgo raytracing at max settings. Just keep in mind that ray tracing won’t be the strongest. Edit: you may want to look at the 7900 xtx 1

By the sounds of it, they have improved the upscaling over FSR2, and the added frame generation will make games which utilize Ray Tracing feel much smoother. If the XTX is only $100 more, then yea, I'd bump it up to that. It's a beastly card.
Twinblade★ 3,945
$1500 and that doesn’t even include a pci 4.0 ssd. Christ pc gaming is too much nowadays

I am thinking with this card, I should be all set for at least a few years.
