Lol the Lemtards were having circle jerks over the Xbox One X.

A bunch of them were salivating over the possibility of an Xbox Pro just a few months ago, but all the insiders said it ain’t happening and then Microsoft started putting their games on PS5. So all they have left is to criticize PS5 Pro. :mj:

The games are already resolving to 4K with alternative rendering good enough to not have a care in the world, and the games are mostly all 60 FPS.

Sell me this machine.

I have no idea what you and jonb are talking about. Because the current gen consoles are severely underpowered at this point in time and struggle to run current gen games that aren't cross gen shit.

You either have to play in performance mode if you want something remotely close to a stable 60FPS or a fidelity/graphic mode for something that is not even close to native 4k. You can't get both in demanding games.

Talking like PS5 is some overpower machine already that couldn't use the better hardware whatsoever to run upcoming games. You guys are full of shit 100%. :D

And it sounds like this won’t do 4k 60fps either. Lol.

Most likely not, which prove there is room for improvements.

These mid gen upgrades are purely optional and the base PS5 hardware is showing it's age. We haven't fully tapped into this gen potential for high end visuals either.

Come on, now. I don't know why people would find issues with this upgrade. Just don't buy it if you don't need it.

Pro will have the same cpu. Pro isn't going to bring drastic changes.

Ue5 ganes run junk on console. But they suck on pc too..

Also the only 1p game Sony released this year was a ps4 port.  So what are you going to get ? 1080p60 to 1440p60 in perf modes? Yippie.

Better than having no option.

Probably worth trading your base model for a Pro if you mostly game on PS5. PS6 isn't coming out anytime soon.

This exactly. These retards are full of shit.

:mj: If MS was releasing an Xbox Series L Pro these fucktards would be hyping the shit out of it like they hyped the XB1X and the 12 Tflop Xbox Series L console. They love hyping Xbox hardware but pretend they don’t care for new hardware because MS has decided to bow out of this fight.

These consoles aren’t underpowered like the PS4 and XB1 were back in the day but they are still obsolete and you can see this when they try to run demanding multiplatform games especially those running with UE5. Any extra power the Pro is bringing to the table will absolutely be useful especially with UE5 games that will be pushing global illumination and Nanite that’s GPU intensive. Anyone that tells you otherwise is fucking liar and a retard.

The Pro is very much needed and will push significantly better graphics and framerates in most games. Even if the framerates don’t get pushed hard I’d still take it over the muddy 1440p we get nowadays with the consoles. It’d be nice to get resolutions closer to 4K with PSSR compared to the dogshit we get with FSR2 now in most multiplat games.

One thing for sure, is that PS5 Pro will be getting the better version of Xbox games ensuring lemshits will forever be raped by cows :kaz:

LOL The Xbox One X never got one game..............not ONE game.........designed to take advantage of its hardware specs.

The multiplats were all based off of the PS4pro spec, and Xbox's first party games never showed up :kaz:

Theres like less than 10 games that arent 60fps this gen. And pro isnt going to push 120fps unless it has some frame gen tech on AAA games. Pro is a mistake.

It's going to push Hellblade 2 out of the 900p ghetto lemmings will be forced to play at.

Obviously there is room for upgrades. But this isn’t much of an upgrade.

PS4 Pro was a 2.3x upgrade over the PS4, Xbox One X was a 4.58x upgrade over the Xbox One.

This is a 1.44x upgrade over the PS5. Absolutely pointless pile of nonsense milking garbage.

Honestly, I’d support annual hardware refreshes much like cell phones. Then support phases out after x amount of years. But yeah, this thing in general is pointless
