While i wanted to cry at how fucking little i have lifted in comparison to what i was lifting when i was still going at it in May, i know that it will not take too long to start getting back up thanks to muscle memory. I wanna thank God for creating pre-workout stimulant supplements which get my lazy, unmotivated ass back in the gym. Plan to cut about 20lbs when i get back from Miami while vigorously working out to get slimmer/more toned, and then see where that takes me. Plan on buy oxylelite, bcaa/glutamine mix, some creatine, protein, and that's probably it. oh lawd you'll get jacked again in a month. yea as long as i keep it up, which i definitely will now Link to post Share on other sites

(bench) my peak bench was 225lbs x 5 deadlift 315 x 5 however, this was at my peak when i was about 185lbs, about 25lbs heavier than now and i was more bulky, definitely not shredded lol. when i left to moldova in may, i was about 145 and i believe i was doing maybe 185 x 5 or something. i cant really remember lol now i can only put out like 12 reps on 115, so maybe like....3 or 5 on 135? lol Link to post Share on other sites
