Did you even look at the frame rate graph? It has dropped as low as 36 FPS on the PlayStation 5, the lowest recorded frame rate on the Series X is 44.

It doesn't run it worse and it doesn't need to be patched. The framerate on PlayStation 5 tanks far below the Series X, and the reason the resolution is dynamic on Xbox is due to the fact that you can heavily modify the game where as on PlayStation you cannot.

I don't think it's possible because the games don't technically run off of a disc. Even though they don't touch game code I'm assuming they have to do something with the package which means they would need rights permissions.
