I’m pretty much just a fan of games. If I had to “pick a side”, I’d probably pick Nintendo, due to their frequency and quality of exclusives. But Switch lacks many key third party games, so that’s where Sony and MS come in, with key multiplats. Sony definitely has exclusives I like, but not as many as they used to. MS is basically rebuilding their Xbox brand. I’m hoping Starfield delivers and is a sign of more quality to come.

Ha, thanks for the heads up. There will be a time when I have 100-120 hours to invest in a game. I’ve just been busy AF, though. I totally dig your enthusiasm for it.

Lmfao! That’s awesome! I used some of his videos to help me get the platinum in ER. Every now and then, I’ll watch a random souls vid, since he uses STR builds and I use mage/dex ones. It makes me want to replay the games with his different strategies.

What has ND been up to? Last gen, we got UC 4, UC LL and TLOU 2. This gen, 3 years in, nothing (not counting TLOU remake). The volume of Sony 1st party seems to be down.

Who needs games then you’re number 1 in sales? aside from Spider-Man, nada. MS and Nintendo have a better looking fall.

i dunno. i tend to like a lot of titles fightincowboy (a youtuber) plays and he's put 80+ hours into it and gave it a 10/10. he does mention why it may not be for everyone, though. it's easy to get overwhelmed by the character customization and souls-like feel to boss battles.

the ps5 has a marginal edge (doubt anyone will notice tbh). i'll be picking it up at some time. the combat just looks so satisfying.

damn, the steam deck version does a good job at holding its own.

I have played ps5 games using my air pods with tv Bluetooth (not ps5 system bluetooth). It’s fine. If there’s latency, it’s not game-breaking in any way. I use the feature for horror games.
