I want CDPR to "release the hounds" and fill every fucking area with NPCs out da ass, and have alot of environmental objects, and alot of physics models for those objects, and animated signs and reflections and lighting/shadows all over the place. Go full next-gen. Design the game for 12GB of memory, minimum. Fill that open-world space with alot of stuff. Crank up the viewing distance. It would make perfect sense. Which is why I specifically gave such a scenario 5 weeks ago. A scenario in which Sony makes a move to allow games that are no longer "current" to be ported so that it helps their new upcoming exclusives.........that will be exclusive for a reasonable amount of time as it relates to the PS5's lifecycle. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if a Sony executive uses the phrase "lifecycle exclusive" or "generation exclusive" to describe their PS5 exclusives.

Epic Games Store is probably already the #2 PC gaming digital store behind Steam. Already leapfrogging GOG, Greenmangaming, and the Windows Store. Yeah, they have a clear motivation........they are TRYING to establish this as an equivalency. Xbox games have no shred of exclusivity, which is obviously huge rape..........because this entire FORUM was built on this idea that your preferred console platform offered something that cannot be found anywhere else. That is the very thing that created the phrase "System Wars" Lemmings know that. So they're hoping that the rest of the gaming industry falls as far as they have.

The were trying to establish a narrative that this MEANT that someday, some way............the same exact thing was going to happen with PS5 games becoming complete multiplats just like Xbox first-party games. Mind you, Horizon Zero Dawn shares the same game engine as Kojima's game, and because Kojima was already going to release his game on PC, that game engine was ported over to the PC. This is good news. I think I'd said it before on here, that I was banking on CD Projekt Red on delaying this game to around June 2020, so that I can plan on purchasing my new PC gaming hardware during the summer, and have a new PC build ready for the game. And they did, in fact, end up delaying the game. Slightly longer than I had anticipated. At this point, why even rush the game. CDPR feels like the type of developer who would delay a game for the same reasons Nintendo does. They feel its absolutely necessary to give it the polish it needs.
