Please.. they proved at the end of the last episode that they could've easily written clever dialogue, those scenes of the king and his circle were straight out of the first few seasons. They chose to go with a fast paced third act because RR Martin gave them like 3 more plot points after Season 6 and they wanted to get to the point.
