Nah.. At Xbox One's launch they were seen as the evil faceless company that wants to ban used games and spy on you with Kinect. Nowadays they are seen as much more pro consumer with crossplay, gamepass, and the adaptive controller. The public perception of their games can easily change with 1 or 2 big hit. They have the resources to make a come back and they are already making aggressive acquisitions to rectify this.

Anthem is really fun but damn there are so many odd design choices here. There is no "director" like in Destiny. You have to walk to your suit to launch anything. The loading in missions are really jarring and takes you out of the experience. The loot you pick up do not register immediately like in Destiny. You have to complete the mission or select quit mission the proper way. So if you got kicked or encounter any connection issue mid mission, you lose everything. This is a huge problem for a loot based game if connection issues are as frequent as in the demo.

This is pretty cool to see.

Great. Not sure why the first person view in the hub though. Destiny is a FPS but in the hub it's 3rd person so people can see their own character and gear I think. There's no reason to switch to a first person in the hub.

I like Anthem from what I played in the demo apart from the glitches and connection issues. But please get rid of the forced walking and 1st person view in the hub. It’s so bad.
