PS3 was more powerful it just had a shockingly bad development environment and documentation. That's mostly on Nvidia supplying them with an underpowered 2005 GPU in 2006. The RSX sucked objectively. It doesn't even matter at this point, that was 15 years ago under a Japanese hardware team under Krazy Ken, now we're getting two competitors using exactly the same hardware under an American like Cerny.
