Next few numbers are going to have to be combinations since I'm making this list as I go along. I could reorder it later but they are definitely top 10 Mario games. Super Mario Galaxy/Super Mario Galaxy 2 I'm combining these two because they are similar in many ways apart from the addition in Yoshi in the sequel. SegaGod 33 Posted April 17, 2020 Share Posted April 17, 2020 My top 5 would probably be Super Mario Brothers 3 Super Mario Galaxy Super Mario Galaxy 2 Super Mario Kart Super Mario 3D world It is easily the most consistently high quality series and probably the only series that has held my attention every gen for over 30 years. I like its hub and I like that a lot of the enemies in it are still unique to the game to this day. I guess Space Zone prefigured the SMG 1+2 space theme much later? The most iconic game character of all time.. and so many of the Mario games have pushed gaming ahead as a whole... no other series has probably contributed as much as Mario has. SMB3 USA was a lot more easier, you can have a Super Leaf and be Racoon Mario, get hit by an enemy and be turned to Super Mario, you get hit again and you are just Mario (small version).
