She must be lying right, Lemij?   It's all a lie! It's not RDNA2! Pweez beweive me

I think remij is now doing both dynocrap and jonb's duties, at the same time, while having completely lost this argument.   He's working overtime as a lemming.

Ah the 3rd Stooge is here     Damn, that tweet got yall owned hard.  Proven legit.  Engineer's own words speaking candidly... then when the attention is drawn... "oh shit yea it's RDNA2... g

Yea, unfortunately these dumbasses think that if they keep blabbering on it will change the fact that the principle engineer stated it was RDNA 1/2 hybrid.. and then once he got caught he lied about the tweet being real and reverted to the PR spin.  They really think that posting more PR nonsense from AMD and Sony is going to change what the engineer said candidly in a PM

Fact is that the chipset inside the ps5 is a hybrid.

You think AMD's president is going to fuck over his business partner by stating the truth?

He had to try and spin it so hard.

Can't wait till that pos is released and a teardown rapes the cows.

Yes the president of AMD is clueless as to the design contract they made with Sony for RDNA2 chip in PS5. :grimaceleft:

Clearly their wires are crossed. Both are saying it's RDNA2. :grimaceright:

Yea I mean, it's a form of simplifying some of the base capabilities of the architecture.  It's a hybrid and doesn't have all the features of RDNA2, but has some custom Sony ones.

People wouldn't understand that and it would obviously be used as negative PR to have PS5 sound like it's behind architecturally than Series X or RDNA2 when it still hasn't even released yet.  So that's what they publicly call it.

It's 100% custom hybrid RDNA.  Xbox is as well.

Yeah, poor Lemij is trying to carry the brand entirely by himself, by using Trump tactics and pretending its an ironclad argument.

He completely went into full-flame mode when lynus completely blew out his anus with evidence that PS5 is clearly based off of RDNA2.

He thinks that flaming his way out was going to work.:tom:

The tweet was REAL :hest:

So was his second tweet correcting and confirming that its clearly RDNA2 based.

And so were all of the other confirmations from Playstation and AMD.

But not only that, as it was explained in neogaf by a chuckling poster who was laughing at that entire thread.........the advantages and performance gains from RDNA2 mostly come from it being on 7nm.

There is no such thing as RDNA1 on 7nm.

There is no scenario in which you are correct. You are openly wishing out loud, at this point.

Nope.  You can't trust that he's speaking of his own free accord in the other tweet.  He got caught and regurgitated the typical PR spin.

LMAO dude.... the 5700 series is RDNA1 and it's on 7nm :cosby2:

It's a hybrid.. as the guy originally stated before he got caught.  Just accept it and move on

Nope.....see, your entire argument relies on you intentionally OMITTING information.

That will never hold up.

You're the one bullshiting.............and you know it. I really don't understand what makes you think flaming your way out is going to be successful.

It never has.  PS5 is clearly RDNA2 based, and the only way your argument can hold any water is by pretending you don't see things. LOL

lmao

It's hybrid.. and the engineer admitted it candidly in a private tweet.  None of your bullshit is gonna change that fact.  And that the tweet was REAL and that the guy even lied about it being faked... LOL

You didn't even know RDNA1 was on 7nm :smilecry:

you're already changing your position.................which proves that you already know that you are relying on bullshit to make your argument hold any water.

He clearly said that is contains ALL RDNA2 features except one, and that's his own estimate............and he also said it contains several features that RDNA2 does not have.

Sweetie.............you're not going to make us forget that.

Its not working.

And he said its RDNA2-based.

Thanks for agreeing with the logic I just established.:lawl::lawl::lawl:

It's a hybrid... like this thread states :smilecry:

When he speaks private: "It's hybrid as you know"

after getting caught: "oh it's totally RDNA2 based"

Sorry................you can't omit information.

You either have to accept it, or dismiss ALL OF IT.

Which means you lose your argument in either scenario.

He said "its RDNA2-based"...............there is no way around that. None.

Uh no.  I have reason to believe that what he says candidly in private messages is the truth, and anything else is PR.

Sorry, but no "official statements" are going to help you here.  The guy got caught... and then lied about it.

Yes.

You are not the arbiter of picking and choosing what to believe from somebody.

He said it.

You either believe 0% of everything he said.

Or 100% of everything he said.

He said "its RDNA2-based".............there's no way around that.  This is where I will ALWAYS have you in checkmate.
