Dr. Fauci said that that Trump never downplayed anything from HIS DISCUSSIONS he had with him.

 

Dailycaller tried to turn that quote to mean that Fauci was vouching for Trump in general.

 

When in reality, it proves that Trump was just agreeing with Fauci in front of him, and then doing nothing serious about the virus.

 

Its amazing how you guys fall for these lies from right-wing outlets.

Fauci said Trunp never downplayed it IN HIS DISCUSSIONS WITH HIM (those discussions aren't in the public that's behind closed doors.)   Trump is on tape admitting he knew it was serious but down played it to the public.
