Except the average character model in a current gen game looks significantly better than the one in the PS4 screen, so this comparison is pointless.

If a yearly rehash shows this much of a Jump how big of a Jump you think a non rehashed game will have?

yes. and by blurring out the audience its probably easier to make the single character more detailed vs 100.
