Except for the fact that her seat is not up for Election until 2024 though :umad:

This deal would have been scrutinized anyway because of the size of the publisher and MS being a console manufacturer.    It will most likely pass with some stipulations just as most of tje deals this size do.

That doesn't change anything.  She still only cares about optics.

So many problems with tech companies comes from America. It's like you guys just let them do whatever they want once their networth reaches a certain amount.

Lol you couldn't wait to take that shot could you, defend your side, get us talking about Warren and the Dems.

Unfortunately pampers political talk is not permitted here. So point still stands that Microsoft has been softballed for years and coming at them with the "muh toxic masculinity' angle is retarded, especially when lemmings have already posted links that surprisingly it isnt too bad to work for. Shitty management sure but there isn't enough to suggest it has a toxic culture.

This is a political woketard trying to score ez points.

You make it political then complain its political :cmpunk1:

It would have been looked at regardless because of the size of the merger.  It's that simple.

yeah, the optics is: she doesn't like corporations getting too big because it limits free market competition.

So even though its a standard part of progressive rhetoric against the abuses of capitalism run amok, even basic free market capitalists would also be concerned of the possibility of decreasing competition and market consolidation.

At least they used to back in the pre-Reagan days.
