Yeah certainly not official but there was definitely points in that trailer that looked far more dungeony than what we saw in BOTW.

It’s a 4 minute trailer and they showed like 2 seconds of Link in an underground area. If anything this trailer made me less confident in the game having the traditional Zelda dungeons.

They show 3 snippets of dungeons- 

 

1) We saw a massive building emerge from Gerudo Desert.

 

2) We saw Link in an extremely VAST interior area filled with lava. 

 

3) They also show you a glimpse of the first dungeon boss that you fought in Zelda 1 in this trailer in a dungeon like setting. 

 

 

What I don't get with you is that when they DON'T show something in a first look trailer you say then it doesn't exist. 

 

But when they do show you snippets of it... You still say it still doesn't exist. 

 

Do you need neon signs pointing with an arrow saying "THIS IS A DUNGEON"?

Link being in some random indoor environment isn't any indication that dungeons are back  come on now. BOTW had a bunch of indoor levels too.

BOTW already had dungeons... Albeit not the amount of dungeons you would like but it had them.

Those weren't real dungeons. There was practically no puzzles and you could breeze through them. They were easily the most disappointing part of the game and if the sequel somehow fails to fix what was easily everyone's biggest complaint with the original, then thats going to be a problem , regardless of how much crafting and building gimmicks they added.

As I said, they may not have been the type of dungeons you liked but they had dungeons.    The point being this Zelda will also have dungeons whether you personally like them or not is another story. 

 

Whether they're more fleshed out dungeons or they're sticking with the overworld dungeons like eventide Island types or if they're doing both remains to be seen.... But it will have dungeons.
