Sony is literally carrying the industry right now.

 

Sales are down across the board but surging PS5 sales YoY are keeping the industry afloat in Europe at least.

 

Xbox is just absolute dogshit and should actually be surging now but it's cratering. It's understandable why Nintendo is down since the Switch is 6 years old now and everyone who wants one owns it by now. PC is down thanks to greedy Nvidia and AMD overpricing GPUs. Why the fuck is Xbox down in its second to third year when it should be surging? This is when console sales usually surge in a console's lifespan not stagnate. WTF is going on over there at Microsoft and why are the Series L consoles a huge failure?

Your logic isn't making any sense at all. Switches are widely available and Xbox has pretty much been available since launch. PS5 was the only console suffering major shortages for the past 2 years.

 

It's now in stock and breaking all kinds of records for Sony and you're saying it's not more desired? WTF kinda logic is that.

 

Switch sales are slowing down because demand is slowing as it ages and people prepare for Switch 2. Xbox never had any demand and PS5 has the most demand right now meaning it's the most desired.

People know the games will come and it's not like Sony has been sitting on their butts like MS. They've actually released some quality exclusives like HFW, R&C, Demon's Souls, GOWR, GT7, etc. with more games like FF16 and Spiderman 2 on the way.

 

 

There's nothing crazy about it. Release quality games and people will want to buy your new console (even if some of those games are cross-gen titles)

 

MS hasn't released shit outside of Forza and Halo Infinite (LOL) since they launched and people are tired of their shit that's why their consoles are sitting on shelves while Sony's are selling like crack.

 

MS can fix this problem if they finally start releasing more quality games. Most gamers don't give a shit about subscription services or PR mouthpieces like Phil Spencer promoting togetherness/Kumbaya, they just want great AAA exclusive  games and in that regard MS has completely failed.

I feel like we're gonna get a showcase of like 4 new things and there will still be 10-15 we have to wait for. The Last of Us MP will be a huge rollout and we've barely seen it.
