I was playing in Explore mode, and basically ate and killed dwarves and gnomes in this hallway.

How hard is to get into that game?

Not too hard, but the controls take some getting used to, like moving with the numpad and picking items up with the "," key.

I won't be playing anything for months or close to a year probably, stuck in bumfuck nowhere Montenegro in the middle of endless mountains, imagine Rocky IV's training location without the snow (yet)

There are cheaper ways to torture yourself. Im pretty sure razor blades go for $1-$2.

I finally finished Aegis Rim     I want my fucking 40 hours back. I can't believe how absolutely SHIT that ending was. I couldn't be more disappointed right now.   I was

Playing through GRID2 at the minute. Good game other than the fans bullshit. I think i prefer the original physics too though.

I also finally picked up dead space 2 finally, though i have barely played it.

I got DKCR for my bday

That difficutly after the 1st world :wow:

I need to buy this again, i never did finish it. It is probably the best side 2D platformer of the last 20 years

The game is surprisingly innovative and crazy challenging :scared: . I like it more than any NSMB already.

Indeed, i like NSMB wii but it not on the same league as DKC. Retro really did a great job. Its level design is some of the best ever in a platrformer.

Did the controls bother you much? They never bothered me one bit, but it seems to be the main thing people moan about regarding the game

I didnt have much issues with controls, though it is tricky to do fast roll jumps. I love the difficulty and lack of checkpoints.

BTW I'm playing on ultra hard , since my disc is badly scratched, so every time I enter any shops for extra lives and stuff the game instantly freezes lol it happens sometimes on specific levels, but can be fixed by reinserting the disk.

Finally beat my first play through of Dragons Crown last night.  Took me about 20 hours but I did quite a bit of side quests to level up.

Not sure if I will continue into the next difficulty or start a new Wizard class.  Game delivered a lot more fun than I expected.

Beat SM3DW, not 100%, but all the special levels.  It was alright.  Still hasn't captured the gameplay of SM64 which is still the pinnacle of platforming, but it was great.

Now on to NSMBU.

It's no SMB3... but it's fun so far.  The DS and Wii versions were fun.
