I figured as much and it's safe to assume that there are going to be 1 hit kill dudes but these ones are so easy to get away from theyre not that threatening, still make for a good chase though. I hate how long it takes to change it, especially while being chased. just reload it whenever it gets to the 1/4th mark or something. I was also always saving as much juice as possible but the game gives you so many batteries that it doesn't matter. there were some points near the end where i couldn't even pick any more up because i was already maxed out.
