Once you figure out how to properly chain attacks the game comes to life and really flows. For people like Jon they also have an assist mode that makes it easier to combo attacks for the more casual gamer just looking to have fun. Okay great, and how many dozens of big games has it missed this year and will miss next year? Getting the one off really good exclusive game maybe once or twice a year doesn't offset not getting dozens of AAA and AA multiplatform games.
