i still need to see nope. i think i'll enjoy it since my expectations are pretty low.

i only love resident evil 0,1,2 and 3. code veronica started to get too action-like. 4 and on - they just don't appeal to me anymore. i surprisingly liked 7 a lot (way more than 8).

I alternate between a Uchigatana +3 and Great Soul Arrow. The combo has been doing me pretty well, though, I have died a few times when battling Crystal Sage. Phase 1 is fine. Phase 2 fucks me up. I have a decent shield (75 magic protection) . I'm going to try other approaches later. I agree that The Keep, while cool, isn't as rich in meaningful content as Undead.

Cleared out all of Undead Settlement (boss included). That was an ownage area! I The Road of Sacrifices and The Keep are owning. Taking my time with each area NPC, though.

Short ep, but that owned hard! Masterful directing and acting. I loved the intro!

@JonbX @Jerrys Hair Line you both would love Dark Souls 3. It has the QoL of Elden Ring, and it’s a blast (so far). It’s 60 fps on ps5/series X.

It’s fun and thrilling.

It definitely makes a great first impression. That first boss was cool looking! Also, the combat feels faster and more fluid. Artistically, this game is gorgeous! As a whole, I feel like it’s a mix of the other Soul games I’ve played, like the return of a hub like Demon’s. Fast travel from the start is definitely pretty convenient. However…and this is surprising of me to say…but I liked the lack of fast travel (well for the first half) of 1. I think it made finding shortcuts that much more rewarding.

I’m going to wait for a patch or remaster. I need to play these at 60 fps.

I can’t stop playing Souls games. My copy of 3 arrived and I’m going to fire it up this weekend. I skipped 2 because, aside from one really cool boss, I didn’t like the artistic vibe. However, 3 is gorgeous. It’s like a more sinister and gothic take on the first.

Watched Creed 2. I liked it, but it didn’t flow as well as the first. I hope to watch 3 soon.

I can see some feeling that way. I just love all of the twists. There are quite a few in the finale.

Totally, but it’s so crazy and fun, that I didn’t care.
