Yes, I've tried Primevideo and netflix and they're not worth paying for on monthlt basis, hence why I never had an interest in Gamepass. Netflix is forgettable until once a year they release a new season of a popupar show, and amazon is skippable until you get that free month, or buy it for deliveries and get prime video anyway. Xflop is the same - Mostly skippable until something like Starfield comes out. Sub for a month and then cancel until the next year.

Apparently there are 2 different things here, the one from Codeweavers which I linked to, and a new proprietary tool from Apple for developers. I think the latter is the one most games are being benchmarked on. But... Both of these are sadly true. Apple appears content to leave Mac gaming in a sad state because they want everything in their store.

Ms had a chance to offer suitable remedys, the cma rejected their pitiful offerings, and ms wasnt willing to go further. So the cma blocked the deal. Now it needs an appeal. But that appeal is on procedural grounds, and then the decision goes back to the cma. If the cma now has a meeting with microsoft and says they reached a compromise, that in itself is now how the cma process works, so they would already look like a laughing stock.
