Just been doing a lot of abs and eating right. My body type just doesn't work with getting bulky. I have a more slim, cut look. I really need to get back into a sport of some kind.

add some calisthenics..like push ups, inverted rows/pull ups and lunges. they will help fill you out, without looking bulky.

I really like burpees for calistenics  even though they suck lol. I could probably even just hit the rowing machine.

 

I've been working on my core strength a lot too. Goal is to be able to hold that plank for 5 minutes.
