They would have had to push this back further to prepare a showcase.

Get the tech shit out the way first and then show the games down the road.

I agree.  But as a first impression... it's pretty mixed.

In comparison MS showed the box, and a game supposedly running on the hardware.  Looked amazing.. and then imo, they released a more concise and clear message about the hardware and capabilities.

It's early yet.. and the games will be shown soon enough... but I do think MS handled this better.

You sound more confused than any of them. Not even 1/4 of 360 or OG games will work like you think they will.

The games that work on XO... will work and be better and load faster on Series X. :reg:

People are already confused over this BC shit.  Different "boost modes" "legacy mode", some titles yes and others no... ect ect

MS on the other hand says.. all your XO, 360, and OG games will work, will have resolution increases and load faster.

Jesus... the difference is staggering. :D

nowhere have they said all xbox original and xbox 360 will work.

'We expect all of the top 100 PS4 games to be playable on day one" :D WHAT?

you had one fucking job, the PS4 was the most popular console of the past decade and you can't even leverage the library?

So these top games, all garbage like FIFA and COD? Rocket League? Rainbow Sux Siege? :D

Who gives a shit. Now I have to hold on to my PS4, god knows if my Resident Evil remasters, dead rising, or yakuza games will be playable. Maybe they're not popular enough.

Obviously that's referring to the XO backwards compatibility..

All games that work on XO.. will work on Series X and be better and load faster.  That was MS' message.

ms’s message was correct then. your message that “all your xbox games will work” was not.
