My phone doesn't get nearly as much use as it did in the past now that I work from home. Mostly just for texting, music when im walking the dog/at the gym, taking pictures of the dog, or web browsing. They said they’re able to track that with blood change, but I thought it would be with the muscle on your wrist when tapping your fingers.
