Guest Posted May 19, 2010 Share Posted May 19, 2010 i beat alan wake i gotta give it a 8.9 the things i didnt like: the voice acting while not terrible wasnt good either, ms shoulda gotten the best voice actors they could find for it, it could really help in a game like this at some spots it felt like a bad stephen king adaptation the controls were a little iffy at spots graphics would sometimes get last gen-ish at times but other times were great i think technology held it back too. the cgi scenes looked low res and shadows and water look bad. OperatOr 2 Posted May 20, 2010 Share Posted May 20, 2010 playin Red Dead and just started Alan Wake tonight OMG is alan wake awesome. I rented it from gamefly and im really glad I did. I don't have to just to pad out the game length to justify the price and I can enjoy what it is. Man it so immersive, playin in my room late and night in the dark, so good.
