I won't be playing anything for months or close to a year probably, stuck in bumfuck nowhere Montenegro in the middle of endless mountains, imagine Rocky IV's training location without the snow (yet)

There are cheaper ways to torture yourself. Im pretty sure razor blades go for $1-$2.

I finally finished Aegis Rim     I want my fucking 40 hours back. I can't believe how absolutely SHIT that ending was. I couldn't be more disappointed right now.   I was

Two is fantastic, three is really good. Started playing Dead Island and I've been really enjoying it. The weapons breaking every 10 kills is getting a little tiring, but I love exploring the world.

is there a must play SH? Never player any might just DL em on PC

The original 4 are all worth playing but 3 is the best. Without a doubt. It looks fantastic on PC too. You could tell they actually took the time on the PC version instead of just a straight console port.

i wish VII were on PC :meh:

does origin have more variety/RPG elements? thats my only beef with OiF, it seems really simple and straightforward.

edit: i just got to the lava dragon. oh lawd :scared:

Origin has other characters you can play as who are all vastly different which gives the game a lot more replay value and variety, but overall its not radically different from Oath in felghana gameplay wise. There's 4 different kind of Ys games. There's "Classic" Ys: 1 and 2, Garbage Ys: III and IV, Platformer Ys: VI, OiF, Origin, and Action Game Ys: VII, Celceta

Seven is the one with the fuck-awesome combat. Most fans are split between the action game Ys and the platformer ones.

Played the first level of Singularity, not much to go on yet, just standard weapons. The premise however is cool and I'm looking forward to more time space manipulation. Reminds me of bioshock in some subtle ways. Played Deus Ex HR very briefly, I like it, but I want to be stealthy and kept dying, so took a break. Played plenty of horde on Gears 2 today. All I need from this game essentially :ben:

On chapter 14 in Kid Icarus, this game is a lot of ridiculous fun and pure insanity. Some stages look absolutely gorgeous especially the space and ocean storm level, and the 3D is simply amazing :jerkit: IMO it's the best implemented so far. Clocked in around 8 hours and there's still 11 more chapters to go, this is a long game. I think anyone who has a 3DS should get this asap, its one of the most unique games out so far. The VA is pretty good too compared to most games and the dialogue itself is on the same level as Super Paper Mario, humerous and doesn't take itself seriously with a few references to old school gaming while still being awesome. Overall I think a lot of people who dont care much about this will be really surprised by the production quality and presentation as they are top notch, moreso than most Nintendo games. The amount of features and options, there's way too much for a game like this, though thats expected from Sakurai. This is definitely the killer app for the 3DS, more then Mario 3D Land and Revelations. My only gripe so far is that initial reactions to the controls on land will turn a lot of people off so you'll have to adjust them to feel right. It'll take a few stages for it to feel natural or you can practice in the training room, but once you feel comfortable with the controls the game is just too much fun. Another problem I'm seeing now is that some levels have alternate paths that depends on which level of difficulty you're playing while many levels don't, so it kind of kills the replayability of some levels. The pacing of the levels is perfect; each portion of the chapters never feels too drawn out or too short, each chapter always concludes in a satisfying way with a boss fight (which are very easy). During the levels there's always constant dialogue to keep you entertained throughout. The mech and orbiter controls are fine, but the main land vehicle control is garbage, feels very clunky (though only 2 stages so far used them), thank god it's optional since you'll make more progress on foot then trying to fight with vehicle controls and falling off the ledge. And dat music:smoke:

picked up ME3, Amalur and Uncharted 3 at Target ME3 starts nice, the dreadnaught are amazing. however like any other epic game it fails to make sense. How can a single ship just get out of earth when they are fucking surrounded by Reapers? :| other than that the shooting feels better, still janky. But the story and dialog is more focused.

Binary Domain is pretty dope. Don't like how you lose Trust for friendly fire when you're AI partners run into your line of fire. Fun mechanic none the less.

glad you're enjoying it :smoke: how far are you?

Romance scene after the final gorilla fight. Played for awhile this weekend, it's a shame I'm a. impulse buyer since the game will be 20 bucks less on Steam. :rage:
