In and out, lol. I just recently came back to this site after nearly 6 years I believe, lol.

Mid 40s. Yeah that is 20 years in the military for yah. For some it is much worse. Got lucky. Didn't lose any limps and didn't die, lol. I have ailments, but I work through it. I never changed my SW name. This is the same name I have had since I joined back in 2004.

If you want to call it that. When you retire or even separate from the military, they make you go through the ringer when it comes to physical and mental evals. I was diagnosed with multiple problems like PTSD, cataracts, degenerative arthritis in my spine, knees and hands. I have hearing loss in both ears, bone spurs in both feet, etc. A lovely cocktail of shit, but at least I get a pension for my troubles.

I was a communications guy so I worked on SAT comm, computers, classified systems, ASIs, etc. Worked in 5 SCIFs on 3 continents and deployed twice. Fun times, but like everything else in life it had to come to an end. At least I was lucky enough to leave with two pensions, one for my service and one for my disabilities. I also get all the perks of retired life like cheap healthcare ( ), Space A travel (free air travel), free college (actually they pay me to go), free gym, a lifetime pass to every US military base in the world, free admission to national parks, military discounts at eateries,

Still retired, with a wife and kids, lol. Maybe if I get bored I'll get a government job, but right now I'm relaxing and chilling with the family after my long 20 years in the military.

The 7th generation was so insanely fun. The debates, the laughs, the cries and of course the Kevin Butler commercials, LOL! They just don't make them like they used to.

I gamed mostly on the XBOX and PC. Now I'm console only. Haven't gamed on a PC in years. Pretty much only play on PS4 Pro and X1X. Will play the Switch once in a while when the kiddos want to play Mario Cart.

That Fortnite money has made Epic a power house.

MS E3 is going to be interesting. Rumors are they have bought 3 more studios and will have 2 or 3 new IPs shown on stage, along with the usual suspects like Halo and Gears, plus a 3rd party surprise in terms of marketing. I'm more interested in the next generation system they will show, if they even give out the specs. Again rumors say it will be a 12 TFLOPS beast, with 24GB of GDDR6 RAM and a 2TB SSD, with a Zen CPU. That would be insane, especially if they can price it at $500. I'd say their goal of every game being 4k/60fps would become a reality with those specs. We'll see.

Cuphead is a great game as is SMO.

Japan was a nice country. The people were great and friendly. I need to see if I can get a Space A flight over there. Being retired from the military has its perks and free travel is one of them.

I never did, lol. I have always been a XBOX fan, but I'm neutral in the fact I buy everything. I got back a few weeks ago I guess. I've been banned from nearly everything so this is all I have left, LOL!
