Mando is hardly the most compelling character so him taking a sideline could have been fine if what was here was any good. I can't even think of one thing this show does particularly well anymore. Production values? Even that is a mixed bag. I haven't watched all the episodes out yet though but I don't see how this could possibly redeem itself. I didn't come here to make an analysis but to simply express my disdain of it so far. I don't owe you an explanation of every criticism I have, I don't have all day. It's a mixed bag production wise, goes from Hollywood quality level to low end TV quality level in the same episode. Puppet Grogu looks comically bad at times. Anyway, that wasn't even my point to begin with. The point is I'm struggling to find anything positive to say about the show as a whole and it's production values was the first thing that should have came up as a positive but I couldn't bring it up in good faith. Just watched one called Parallel mothers with Penelope Cruz about 2 mothers giving birth at the same hospital and end up having a lesbian affair. The way they are able to restore these classics using film is insane. The colors were so vivid and the entire film was just so crisp and clean.
