Goddamn. The lengths Microsoft will go to make Mixer relevant. :lawl:  Too bad that shitty platform will still fail. :rofls:

Talking about funding the wrong shit.

Speculation is that they offered him at least 1-1.5m per month lol. Considerably smaller streamers were getting 7 figure type offers.

Good for him. Now he can get his money without the anxiety of having to keep to a streaming schedule and maintain sub counts.

He probably got over 30 mil to make the move.

Good move by MS though.  Mixer is a good platform.  It's been competitive with twitch quality wise for a while now.  Now what MS needs to do is make poaches like this and chill while people migrate over.  Don't go fucking crazy with the bullshit politics and they'll get people moving over in no time.

I see this as the right time to do it.  Twitch has been fucking up quite a bit recently and becoming too controlling.  If they play their cards right, they can emphasize all the bad shit going on with Twitch while they highlight the good things about their own platform.

Yup, not too mention endorsements, sponsors, affiliate fees and merch.

The guy's been on Ellen, so that should give you an idea of just how big he is.
