Not sure, but it's a little ironic that DC brings up socialism and welfare; meanwhile how else could you explain Phil Spencer's salary, or the entire Xbox division under Microsoft?

So solly but prease buy anlyway

It looks so janky. What's the appeal of this game ?

It's the most infamous schlocky B-game of all time, it's downright hilarious + weird as fuck. Think a fucked up Japanese Twin Peaks.

Definitely not for everyone. But this is exactly what I love about the switch, it's the king of these niche games hands down.

Seeing this series come back on the Switch is a dream come true. Probably the biggest announce I've ever seen in my gaming lifetime.

Bigger announce than FF7R IMO

It was one of the most polarizing games of the 360/PS3 era, in fact I think it holds a world record for that. IGN I think gave it like a 3/10, while Destructoid gave it a perfect score - it also launched the same week or month that Mass Effect 2, Left 4 Dead 2, Bad Company 2, and CoD MW2; so didn't sell that well. Became as @Bodycount N  a classic B-game, but also cult classic game from that era.

lmao just looked it up.

The original version of Deadly Premonition for Xbox 360 received a weighted average score of 68/100 from aggregator Metacritic, indicating "mixed or average" reception.[46] It is a critically polarizing game, with scores ranging from as low as 2 out of 10 from IGN US to as high as 10 out of 10 from Destructoid.[56][63] In the 2012 Guinness World Records Gamer's Edition, Deadly Premonition holds the record as the "Most Critically Polarizing Survival Horror Game".[59]

I enjoyed the first one, although I never completed it.

Update (5th September 2019): We've received word from Rising Star Games co-founder Brjánn Sigurgeirsson about the possibility of Deadly Premonition 2 on PS4. He says the game is a "Switch exclusive at launch" and that the publisher is "not discussing other platforms at this stage".
