Word MGS1-4 had some over the best level design around and we’re linear much preferred the old design

MGS5 open world killed the pacing of the story, the atmosphere, the tension. The open world sucked. As did the shitty ass motherbase management for no reason, and shitty timers.

 

 

Compare it to the tight experience of borderline RE horror of MGS1.
