Yeah, it does. I just finished testing it. It's a million times better than it was before however.
Like I said... they're going to have a bunch of people going through the game and they will be logging all the PSO data the shaders in the game require. Then they'll reintegrate it into the build, and push it out..allowing the game to pre-compile them ahead of time. Generating that PSO cache, and rebuilding is something a LOT of developers either forget to do, or didn't realize they had to do in the first place.
