The elderly people can stay home. Sure if they're in a group setting like a nursing home, then yes they should be first. However, people like EMTs and healthcare workers who deal with sick people on a daily basis and can spread the disease should be first. Attack the spread of the virus by protecting the main vector points. And both of those type of people are in group 1a for the virus as recommended by the panel.

Yeah, the world and exploration is just so enticing. You can spend like 20 hours just wandering around and discovering shit. The world building here is really great and the setting is one of the best. There's plenty of glitches, but they're more funny than anything to me honestly.
