These pay gaps are measured on an annual basis so unless women are forever pregnant you can just shut the fuck up.

Having one child alone throws off the annual income comparison for one woman vs one man.   Then when you factor in all women having children vs Men.... the difference in worked hrs annually grows exponentially annually.

 

Then when you factor in the garbage maternity leave laws in the US.... no wonder there is a "gender pay gap"

Remove pregnant women from the equation and it still factors out to self-inflicted gaps in pay. You're doing the merry go round thing and it's a hopeless conversation. The only way for women to make the same as men is to take on all of the dominant traits of a man and their work ethic.

You're trying to veer off topic here into irrelevance, women need to step up, that's all there is to it.

 

If they want to get pregnant they need to come to terms with the consequences, they will lose money. If they work less hours they will make less, if they don't proactively seek raises and promotions they will be left behind. If they take a bunch of vacations and days off their checks will be lower. This isn't some type of mystery or complex equation that needs to be solved.

 

Women make less because they do less, the end.

Middle Class families have children.... A women who made less money last year because she had a child affects the entire family not just her.     Even if you can afford it as a middle class family.... it's a hit.

Parental leave in America is a complete fucking joke.  It should be mandated at a federal level that women get 3 months, at least.  It takes a woman a long fucking time, weeks, just to stop bleeding from the pregnancy.
