this thread is more about an unprepared group trying to argue a case and not a serious gender pay gap discussion.

 

If it can/will become one, my concern is when mahls join a workforce formally stereotyped to be feemahl work, the pay increases. Vice versa, the reverse happens, when feemahls enter a mahl dominated feild, the feemahls lessen the pay the mahls used to get, before the feemahls.

you can't critically think about this kind of thing and actually believe their is still a gender pay gap in the western world. As soon as you do think about it and look at actual facts and statistics a huge hole is blown in the theory, so instead leftists resort to feelings instead of facts.

Yeah but I think it is a problem of discourse framing because they are dumb. There's no really a gender pay gap per se as in women getting paid less for the same amount of work but females could have it more difficult in the market because of other factors and so they work less hours or they take less well-paid positions, etc. So their discourse is badly framed and it is destroying their credibility.

It all boils down to men and women making different choices. Women should not be paid the same for a day's work if they decide to work 2 hours less than a man. It sounds like they are asking to be paid more per hour than men.. lol

Yeah but then the problem is to look into why women are choosing less paid positions or less work. Does it has something to do with their condition as women, maybe decisions of motherhood or whatever? There's an approach to the problem that could be useful to find solutions but not trying to pass as if women are getting less paid for the same amount of work because that has been debunked continually I think.
