Game engines and development workflows in general have evolved enough that overall budgets shouldn't be changing much especially when you take the relatively small leap in visuals into consideration (diminishing returns are a reality). But if mid range developers think it's going to allow them to boost their games up by $10 that regurgitate the same shit year in and out... well, I ain't fuckin with that.
