They're a data company that provides an API of election data to media outlets. The Economist, 538, and Reuters use them and they're one of the 7 outlets Twitter is allowing to call outcomes. Still bad for Trump's odds at a flip. He needed a +18 spread among the remaining 285k ballots to tie, but the 61k that just came in was only +7. He needs a +20 spread now to tie.
