Second director quits Pertfect Dark Zero development at The Initiative (TLHBFR)

 What the fuck is going on over there at The Initiative? This is the second guy to leave his post as director at the studio.

 

 

Last guy left and went back to his old job working at Insomniac 

 

 

This was the studio Microsoft billed as their AAAA studio designed to take on the likes of Naughty Dog and Sony Santa Monica Studio

I keep saying it but the fact is Microsoft sucks. They can't create anything good, they can't sustain anything good, they missmanage everything and are now more concerned with showing how woke than are than making good products.

 

This company is entirely kept afloat by their Windows and Office monopoly. If any other company (aside from the biggest in tech) was behind Xbox it would have gone under a long time ago.

What makes this more interesting that according to his Linkedin profile, he is still looking for work. So he quit without even having another job lined up, thats a bad look period and really brings the game's quality and the work environment into question.

Lol you guys obsess over "wokeness" and Sony is afloat some how and there's few entities as mismanaged as they are. Xbox might not be the bell of the ball but it's not the failure you make it out to be either.

I remember when lems were getting excited MS was poaching janitors from Naughty Dog and creating a “AAAA” studio. This shit is beyond embarrassing
