There were multiple incidents of Children under 15 being raped and needing abortions in that state (by Americans too) 

 

Prior to the abortion ban they were able to get the abortion within their area. 

 

Now with the Ban they have to leave the state to get it.... Not only that.... The republican attorney General now wants to go after the DRs in the neighboring state who will be performing these abortions.
