Ooh it's coming.. But fair enough.

The DNC and its propaganda press have you so programmed that you're sending angry tweets to Elon?   If the lefty press hadn't been throwing a temper tantrum over losing control of Twitter,

Don't like it? Make your own Twitter (wait there's more)

Also, Elon Musk was trying to get out of the trial, because Discovery required his personal communications to become public.

He REALLY didn't want this stuff coming out.

He looks so pathetic and needy in these text exchanges.

And his business ideas......oh my god, they're so stupid:

At one point in early April, Musk appears infatuated with his own idea to replace Twitter with a blockchain-based payment-and-message system. In a string of texts to his brother, the entrepreneur Kimbal Musk, he manages to convince himself that the idea could be huge and a way to crush spam while preserving free speech. In this preposterous scenario, users would have to pay a fractional amount of the cryptocurrency Dogecoin to post or retweet. Roughly 10 days later, Musk sends a different text noting that “blockchain Twitter isn’t possible.”

Back of the envelope ... Twitter revenue per employee:$ 5B rev/ 8k employees = $ 625K rev per employee in 2021 Google revenue per employee: $ 257B rev /135K employee =$ 1.9M per employee in 2021 Apple revenue per employee:$365B rev /154k employees $ 2.37M per employee in fiscal

Twitter revenue per employee if 3k instead of 8k: $ 5B rev/3k employees 1.66m rev per employee in 2021 (more industry standard )

Twitter filed a suit for him to complete the purchase and he was forced to purchase.

It's cute that you're still trying to reframe what I said and then argue against it.. Lmfao

The judge agreed to pause the trial until Oct 28th (Friday). If Musk failed to buy twitter by then then the trial was back on, and Musk had to testify under oath

I love how his incel fanboys are trying to peddle the idea that he's the one in control.

He spent his own money. Oh noes

Actually he took out loans...........he doesn't actually have the money to afford it.

And those loans are going to be paid off by Twitter, not Elon himself.

It is estimated, at least original back in April, that the amount in loans that would need to be taken out would result in Twitters loan obligations skyrocketing from $51 million dollars a year, which is what they have paying currently, to almost $900 million dollars a year, in nothing but loan payments.

$900 million dollars would be equal to about 46% of all the revenue Twitter makes during a year. This is ASSUMING that Elon Musk will be to keep Twitter generating the same revenue.

Twitter is a "media" company, its ENTIRE REVENUE comes from.............advertising. Nothing else.

So he just took out a whole bunch of loans under the company name, which he CAN do, but he could very well end up using half of twitter's annual revenue JUST MAKING LOAN PAYMENT, alone.:drake:

And, if at any point he does something in which it causes advertisers to pull their money........

The California company has so far struggled to generate profit and has worked at an operating loss over the first half of 2022, meaning the debt generated in the takeover could add even more financial pressure to the social media platform’s already shaky position.

Interesting you care more about how Elon spends money than our governments spending and wasting ours. Why is this?

He's firing 75% of the useless workforce. He's savvy enough to make money out of a huge platform like Twitter.

I mean... Lmao.

Because Elon is even more wasteful than the government's :hest:

Thanks for that easy setup.

So you're stupid enough to think that 1 person will just start doing the job of four people.

No wonder you work in a kitchen. LOL

By the way...........who said that those remaining 25% of workers are going to choose to stay there?:tom:

Wouldn't be the first time in history that a company successfully downsize. Seems even more doable for a tech company like Twitter.

Yeah, like your stupid ass could be a successful headline chef at a restaurant like I did. Lol, don't mock the profession, it would wreck your pansy ass. You probably live on welfare, and you think you can mock the richest entrepreneur on Earth's capacity of running an enterprise successfully and cutting down on worthless expenses. Lmao, please, sit down.

LOL guess you guys don't want to talk about this anymore.

And like I said.............its not his money, he had to take loans out for it.

Y'know, because he's not actually as rich as his fanboys made him out to be.

LOL you thinking that the downsize is going to result in a "success"

Twitter is not a "tech" company.

They don't have "tech" to sell.

They are literally categorized as a "media" company, because the only thing they sell is advertising space.

LOL, a line-order cook is trying to call himself a chef.

You know what READING is right?  because if you read what my first post said..........you would have seen the part where I type that the loans are taken out under TWITTER, not Musk.

That's why it would become a scenario in which Twitter has to use a huge chunk of THEIR OWN incoming revenue on loan payments alone.

It could literally be as much as 46% of their ENTIRE ANNUAL REVENUE, remember, Twitter's revenue comes from advertising...............Twitter sells nothing, they are a media company, and their only form of revenue is advertising.

So, assuming Elon Musk is able to MAINTAIN THE SAME revenue, the loans that he had to take out would eat almost half of the entire company's revenue.

And then he'd have to pay operations cost, employee cost.

READING............try it, sometime.

I was excellent at my job I'll have you know and I'm currently studying accounting. You are on welfare.

I'm sorry, multimedia company but that's entirely the point I was trying to make, it's easy for a company like that to focus on better management, it doesn't affect production because it's nonexistent. You basically just need a good marketing team and computer nerds.
